What’s Your Favorite “I’m A Mac” TV Ad Parody?

Mac ParodyApple’s latest TV commercials, “I’m a Mac, I’m a PC” must be successful. They’re everywhere on the tube these days. YouTube.

They’re on television, too. What’s your favorite Mac parody ad? YouTube’s the place to go.

Just as the iPod has changed how millions of us listen to music, YouTube is changing how we view videos.

We’re not longer glued to America’s Funniest Home Videos. They’re not as funny as YouTube.

Google, the about-to-be new owner of YouTube is the name of the world’s largest search engine, and a verb.

Is YouTube about to take on verb status? YouTube the latest Mac videos.

There. That didn’t sound so bad, did it?

If you can FedEx something via UPS, and Google something on Yahoo, what’s next?

YouTube is rich with video; some professional, most decidedly not, but not without charm, wit, and a point or two.

If imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, then then many parodies of Apple’s successful “I’m a Mac, I’m a PC” TV campaign is a success.

In true Apple form, the TV commercials are simple to understand, elegantly produced, get to the point in a subtle, refined way, yet don’t detract from the message.

Oh, there’s always a touch of humor and a fragrance of irony from time to time. That’s perfect parody material.

Mac360’s new YouTube Watch dug up another great TV ad parody.

Just like Apple’s TV campaign, this set of parody ads is, well, a set. Go with the flow.

Off Topic #58 - Do politicians use personal computers? Of course. We’ve heard Barack Obama prefers a Mac, while Hillary Clinton uses a Dell, though, apparently neither of the candidates can bowl. Does Obama’s potential vice president use a Mac? Even Clinton acknowledges Apple’s brand power but says she can’t afford a Mac. Maybe she’d win if she used a Mac.

Off Topic #6 - The MacHeist is back. In case you missed it a few months ago, MacHeist is a great way for Mac users to get 12 top Mac applications and utilities for $49. Many of these have been reviewed on Mac360, so we highly recommend that you take a look. The value, what you get for what you pay, is remarkable. Click Here to look, buy, download.
