No talent needed to sound talented with GarageBand. How?
 Beauty, as they say, is in the eye of the beholder. Apparently, so is talent. I couldn't carry a tune if I had two buckets, a bag of rubber bands, duct tape, and some Saran wrap. Nope, no musical talent here. After I took a "music" test for Band while in Middle School, I was asked if I liked Art. Now, with Apple's GarageBand, I have a couple of hit songs. Battle of the high end desktops and laptops. Dell takes on Mac.
 I'm a Dell user. I've been buying Dell products since long before there was Windows; since Dell had a different name. Now I have a Mac. I love it. Now Dell wants to go upscale against Apple's PowerMac, PowerBook line. What's up with that?

 'Only the paranoid survive.' I don't know who said that but the more I look at life connected to the Internet, the more there's security in paranoia. After all, if everyone is out to get you, paranoia is the right attitude to have. Is your Mac secure? Yes. And no.

10 years ago Microsoft feared Netscape. Now their fears muliply daily.
 Microsoft's 90-percent market share should not make the software giant comfortable. Here comes the Mac, Linux, and Google. Google Video now works on Mac. Microsoft needs to be afraid because the desktop no longer matters. It's the web and Microsoft does not control the web.

It's another adventure of 'Desperately Seeking Music and Money.'
 Buy a Mac and you have to look hard for the manual. Macs are easy to use out of the box. So is the iPod. Take it out of the box, plug into Mac or PC, make music. How about Dell's new DJ Ditty?
