
Everyone seems to have an opinion on the Mac mini and most opinions are positive—even from the pro-Windows media pundits. Meanwhile, the ghost of Newtons past lingers at every Macworld.
Mac user “chod” had this to say about the wait for a Newton rebirth:
“I think this was my final year waiting for the re-appearance of a Newton/iPod. I still use my Newton 2100 everyday and it’s still far better than any Palm I’ve come across. However, working with OS X is.... (excerpted).

Funny how in the end at the year of 2005 must have been when the Mac was starting to get more popular and long time faithful Mac users where afraid of the start off all the windows users slowly starting to switch.
Well there prediction on virus writers getting attracted to this side and making successful virus has yet to happen and here we are in Leopard 10.5.5 with not yet one known virus. Interesting! Just goes to show the Mac and o.s. x walk the dog all over Windows and Vista. LOL
