There’s a certain tedium to typing. Whether it’s email, or a document, or a report, we often spend a chunk of our typing time typing the same thing over and over.
Addresses, phone numbers, URLs, introductory paragraphs, signatures, and more. Right smack in the middle of the enlightened computer age, we type the same things again and again.
Enough already. Download RapidoWrite, double-click to install, and prepare to become efficient, but in a new age text messaging.... (excerpted).

I have been a long time user of TypeIt4Me, which performs as similar function. Out of curiosity I down loaded RapidoWrite and am disappointed at its clunky attempt at improving efficiency. Although TypeIt4Me cost money it shows. I suggest you give it a try and compare.
Briefly my concerns with RapidoWrite are these. The user does not have a free choice of hot keys. For most users having to use an F key means an unaccustomed stretch on the key board. Having that distracting little box jump out all the time is as annoying as the dropdown lists in Excel. Being compelled to use two keys to invoke the text is not necessary. Having another application in the dock is also an unnecessary use of valuable real estate. TypeIt4Me is a preference pane which works in the background with a menubar icon for access.

In addition to being clunky, it doesn’t work with Tiger - at least I couldn’t make it work, after having wasted an hour trying.
