All smartphones follow the original iPhone’s lead. Flat slabs of glass with rounded corners. So, one can argue that not much has changed. What if someone at Apple leaked the iPhone 11’s final design?
Leaked? Or, Leaky?
Whether or not artist’s renderings of new iPhones are accurate or not will depend upon what Apple actually introduces sometime late this summer. Regarding such leaks, one thing seems to have changed in recent years. The leaks nearer to the actual launch date become a more accurate reflection of the reality ready to unfold weeks or days later.
New leak reveals Apple’s final iPhone 11 Max design
The only way possible to know that is to wait until Apple actually introduces the new iPhones, and then backtrack to Epstein’s article to see the inaccuracies. Or, accuracy.
It’s much better than we thought
Uh, really? I think it’s going to be a flat slab of glass with rounded corners. Oh, and it will have a new and faster chip inside. Plus, more cameras.
What did I miss?
So many details surrounding the new iPhones have already leaked
Leaked? From Apple?
A leak implies that someone at Apple or someone in the supply chain had access to the final case design and decided to go public.
I’m sorry, but these images from CashKaro.com seem more like artists renderings than a photo of an actual iPhone case.
Let’s examine the differences between a certified leak and a rumor. They are not the same.
The camera bump is much thinner than earlier leaks had suggested.
Leaks? Or, rumors?
They seem to be used interchangeably. Why is that?
Could it be we are immune to headlines with rumor in it, but not against leaks in the headline?
Rumor has it that this year’s iPhone 11 and iPhone 11 Max will be slightly thicker than their predecessors
Is it a leak of reality? Or, is it merely an artist’s rendering of a series of rumors?
The back of the new iPhone 11 series is now said to be a single piece of glass, including the camera bump. That would be a fantastic design feature and would once again illustrate the fact that the fit and finish on Apple products is always a cut above the competition.
“Said to be…?”
This is beginning to sound more like a series of rumors than an actual leak of details and a bona fide photo of the new iPhone case.
CashKaro calls it an Exclusive Leak. BGR calls it a leak.
Which is it? Neither one. It’s just another garden variety rumor about the next iPhone models, including some imaginary digital renderings.
What do you need to know about the next line of iPhone models? First, nobody knows exactly what it will look like except Apple and the manufacturer. Second, a leak is not a rumor. Third, you still have to wait until Apple announces new iPhones late this summer.
A few things are certain, though. A flat slab of glass with rounded corners, a faster CPU, and I’m willing to bet at least one model with have three cameras (and I would consider a bet they would not look as ugly as the so-called leaked rendering.
